I have created a new blog. I feel like I have a lot of good ideas for the classroom and think that there are many teachers who can also share their ideas. So this is my kinder blog. I will post ideas and activities I use in the classroom and hope that there are those out there that can benefit from it.

Elephant exchange

It was our White Elephant Exchange at work today. Not everyone participates. There were about 10 of us. It was a lot of fun!!! The girls are crazy! The two male teachers who walked through just had to roll their eyes, blush, and walk out!

This is the little gift that got the party started!!! It was a container of "Man Charms" These little guys go in your drinks.

Our principal Lynn came in to see what the ruckus was all about. Of course she wanted to keep all the Man Charms for herself!

I don't know what was said, but by the looks on all their faces, it was probably inappropriate!

We couldn't end the festivities with out striking a "Man Charm" pose!

Well I'll be A Monkeys Uncle!!!

I never thought it would happen!!!

Dad lit the furnace and turned up the heat before anyone had to beg him to do it!
