SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am now officially on summer break! I thought today would be relaxing. I slept in because I didn't need to get to work until 9. We had a potluck breakfast which was fine. Then I spent two hours organizing my closet. I am still not done. Half way through I get a call from mom and then kyle and now I am going to Mexico today instead of tomorrow. Which is fine, I actually prefer it. But I wasn't done with the closet and still had stuff on my desk and table. So I put that all in the closet and headed out the door. I will pick a day this summer to go in and finish. My closet and desk have been driving me crazy all summer. It is so messy and unorganized so I have to get it done before school starts again. It is already looking really good. If any other teacher were to look inmy closet they would think I was a neat freak and had OCD. Who knows maybe I do , you just wouldn't know it by looking at my bedroom. HONESTLY it looks like a bomb went off.
ANYWAY - back to my day
I left work and went to Target to get a frog trash can for Ibis. Then I went to Anchor blue and bought some tops. Then I went to the bank to deposit my summer check. I was nervous just having it in my purse while I was at the store, so I am glad it is in the bank. I came home and packed my things and am now waiting for Kyle. I got all this done in a little over 2 hours.

Then after all this Clayton (the reason I was going with Kyle today instead of with mom and dad tomorrow) decides he is not going to Mexico. He had wanted to go so mom and dad were not going to leave for Mexico until tomorrow evening. I didn't want to do a short trip like last time so I am riding with kyle today. I am still glad I am going with Kyle though. I didn't want to just do an overnighter. Now I get two nights. It will feel more like a vacation.
